Overview
What we set out to build.
A set of automations that take repetitive client-facing work off the support team. Replies, summaries, and risk flags happen on their own so people can focus on the conversations that need them.
Challenge
The problem in the room.
Support staff were spending hours on routine email replies and manually checking on client health. Important signals about unhappy clients were easy to miss.
Approach
- 01
Automated first-line replies to client emails.
- 02
Generated a daily summary for each client from their activity.
- 03
Flagged at-risk clients so the team could step in early.
- 04
Kept humans in the loop for anything that needs a personal touch.
