Overview

What we set out to build.

Built at The Logic Design as the company's internal operating system. Instead of juggling separate tools for each team, everyone works inside one application, and admins can control the whole company from a single screen.

Challenge

The problem in the room.

Eleven different roles needed different views of the same data, and changes had to show up live for everyone without refreshes. Security had to hold up across every role boundary.

Approach

  1. 01

Designed role-based dashboards so each of the 11 roles sees only what it needs.

  2. 02

Secured REST APIs with JWT authentication and role-level authorization.

  3. 03

Pushed real-time updates to connected users over WebSockets.

  4. 04

Built a single-screen admin view for company-wide control.

One product, eleven lenses

Every role gets a dashboard shaped around its own work, while the underlying data stays shared. Teams stop reconciling spreadsheets and start working from the same source.

Live by default

WebSocket updates mean a change made by one person appears for everyone else right away. Operations stay in sync without anyone hitting refresh.
